JB Uniforms Return/Refund Policy

  1. Product descriptions, pictures, sizing information, and other product guides are clearly stated on our website. Customers must read and understand this information before making any purchases.

  2. Please take note: as for size and colour, up to 4% variation is allowable according to industry standard. This means for the same product manufactured in different batches, the variation is possible. These variations are widely accepted by the industry. Therefore, the acceptable variation size and colour cannot be taken as a valid reason to seek a refund or exchange of another product.​

  3. Returns, exchange or refunds are accepted should products sold be deemed faulty in materials, workmanship or simply wrong products were supplied.

  4. Any claims on returns, exchange or refunds must be made aware to JB uniforms within 14 days of receiving the products.

  5. No refunds or exchange can be accepted due to incorrect choice of products or purchasing the products for the purpose of size trying

  6. IMPORTANT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGE, OR REFUNDS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
